1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at MovieQuisko, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
The materials on MovieQuisko's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. MovieQuisko makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
2. Use License
- Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on MovieQuisko's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3. Booking and Payment Terms
3.1 Booking Process
When you book a tour with MovieQuisko, you enter into a contract with us. The booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit or full payment and sent you a confirmation email. Please check the details in your confirmation email are correct. If any details appear to be incorrect, please contact us immediately.
3.2 Payment
All prices listed on our website are per person and in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated. To secure a booking, we require:
- A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour price at the time of booking
- Full payment is required 30 days before the tour start date
- For bookings made less than 30 days before the tour start date, full payment is required immediately
We accept payment by major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfer.
3.3 Prices and Price Changes
All prices quoted are accurate at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change prices listed on our website. If you have already booked and paid your deposit or full payment, we guarantee that we will not increase the price of your tour, even if our prices increase afterwards.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees apply:

4.2 Cancellation by MovieQuisko
MovieQuisko reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or if minimum participant numbers are not reached. In such cases, you will be offered:
- A full refund of all payments made
- An alternative tour of equivalent or higher value, if available (you will pay the difference if the alternative is of higher value, or receive a partial refund if it is of lower value)
- A credit voucher valid for 24 months from the date of issue
MovieQuisko is not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or loss of enjoyment, etc.
5. Tour Operation and Changes
5.1 Itinerary Changes
While we endeavor to operate all tours as described, we reserve the right to change the trip itinerary. Before departure: If we make a major change we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if there is time before departure. After departure: We reserve the right to change the itinerary after departure due to local circumstances or events outside of our control. In such cases, we will make alternative arrangements that are of a similar standard.
5.2 Travel Documents and Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations. MovieQuisko is not liable for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1 Our Liability
German Tours will make reasonable efforts to ensure that all services offered are provided as described. However, we cannot be held responsible for injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events that are beyond our control.
6.2 Your Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability before traveling. German Tours cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred as a result of your failure to take out appropriate insurance.
7. Limitations
In no event shall German Tours or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on German Tours' website, even if German Tours or a German Tours authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
8. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on German Tours' website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. German Tours does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. German Tours may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However German Tours does not make any commitment to update the materials.

German Tours has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by German Tours of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
10. Modifications
German Tours may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
